Wine and Music

The initial challenge of crafting a wine to music. This was like building a bridge between the sense of sound and taste. No one doubts that particular aromas and flavors trigger emotional responses from us. The scent of pumpkin pie can take you back to Thanksgivings past, just like an album can turn back the hands of time. The area of the brain that is stimulated by music and flavor recognition are the same residence of your head.

My goal is to merge these two pleasurable sensations and link a linear path leading to a profound and significant synergy.
