Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states:
AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE,
NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
If the state you are shipping to does not appear in red, please call our customer service line at 888-987-4987 (WTR-4WTR) for other options that may be available in your area.
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. Name of recipient on shipment must also be the signer. In some circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we must charge a $10 rerouting fee on all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we suggest delivery to a business address.
Standard deliveries in the Continental US are shipped via Ground Service. When filling out Shipping Information, please provide a physical address as shipments of alcohol may not be delivered to a P.O. Box. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, subject to product availability. Air freight or delays may occur in extreme weather.
When using expedited delivery service, all orders received after 10:00 am P.S.T. will be shipped the following business day.
